I really like how you have implemented the iconic shapes of the actual watch in your design. Overall the design is quite pleasing to look at, I would even go as far as to say it is a really cool design. I can see how thought out the overall design is, in terms of the content you have placed in it. However it seems as though there are some elements in your design that have been put in there just for the sake of being in there. Things like over spray splatter and running paint marks and what seems to be flames and a leaf, and they seem to distract the audience from the message. Also, the type is actually quite hard to read and I found myself spending a good moment to decipher the text and work out it read and where the letters and words were and so forth. There is no strong focal point in the design and my eyes kind of wonder over the whole thing, like it is it’s a whole image rather than separate words. Saying this, I believe that these extra added elements and the specific font chosen is really effective to the target audience; that being no specific group in particular I assume, rather just people who think the poster would look cool on their wall? Which is why it works, the message isn't too important in this case, the words don’t need to be amazingly legible but rather the whole design needs to look good. I also really enjoy the two toned graphics used within the design, shown in the cogs and the time turner in the watch and also in the glass watch faces hinted throughout the design, these are really effective as they blend well  into the design without being lost or being too distracting. The colour scheme is also quite effective, the grainy, graphite texture gives it a sense of metallic, or metal object which is basically what a Swiss watch is. The extra tones in the design give it a nice sense of depth and proximity and space has been used well, the object isn't symmetrical or centered but is balanced quite well. Overall I think this is a really effective design, I spoke earlier of distractive elements within the design however this can be forgiven due to the nature of the target audience. Obviously it is a poster and needs to be interesting, and the design does indeed achieve that. It makes you want to stop and look at it, which overall is a win in my books, on top the design looking really cool although it probably wouldn't have hurt to have made the type more readable if possible.
